About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team in Greenwich, CT. This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000-$65,000 plus a quarterly bonus of $2,500.

The Site Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards, supporting site staff, and handling administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to site managers and project teams, including document control, purchase orders, and data entry.
  • Coordinate site logistics, including deliveries, waste management, and contractor access.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site, maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with on-site inductions, ensuring all workers and contractors adhere to site rules and safety protocols.
  • Manage site communication, including daily briefings and updates to project teams.
  • Support project management with progress tracking and reporting.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or facilities management. You should have proven organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with mobile devices and software, as well as confidence in Microsoft Office, is a plus. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with site teams and contractors are essential.
