Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the installation of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and related materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions for crew members.
- Manage labor projections, material storage, and inventory, optimizing crew efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with project managers and customers to ensure timely completion of projects and meet customer expectations.
- Conduct quality control checks, identifying and addressing any issues or defects in the roofing system.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve crew performance, productivity, and job site efficiency.
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial roofing, with a strong understanding of roofing systems and materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on math and science.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train crew members.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, including fall protection, ladder safety, and electrical safety.
- Competitive hourly rate: $25/hour.
