Description

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman to lead our Plumbing Mechanics and Helpers on construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a productive work environment, ensuring timely completion of projects, and upholding high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Verify installation schedules and daily/weekly schedules for on-site mechanics and helpers.
  • Supervise mechanics and helpers, ensuring timely arrival, quality of work, and company vehicle condition.
  • Order materials based on specifications, submittals, and takeoffs to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure installations are completed to code and specification.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of verifiable experience in commercial or industrial plumbing.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Personal set of tools required for the trade.
  • Journeyman license required, Master's preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
  • Valid Virginia driver's license and positive driving record.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, read blueprints, and make effective decisions.
  • Knowledge of local codes and ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
