Scaffold Foreman Position

Associated Scaffolding Company is seeking a skilled Scaffold Foreman to join our team.
This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of scaffolding construction and safety protocols. As a Scaffold Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting a crew in the erection and dismantling of scaffolds, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist a crew in the installation and dismantling of supported scaffolds.
- Design and inspect fall protection systems to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct daily inspections of scaffolds and maintain scaffold tagging.
- Identify hazards and implement safety measures to prevent accidents.
- Load and unload equipment to and from job sites.
- Plan workflow and assign tasks to personnel based on their skill level.
- Document hours worked and maintain inventory control.
Requirements:
- At least 21 years old.
- 3 years of experience in scaffolding construction.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
- Competent Person Training for supported scaffolds and fall protection systems.
- Valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record.
Working Conditions:
- Long periods outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Work at heights above 50 feet.
