Job Description

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our OpsTech Networking team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced network development engineers and overseeing the global delivery of our network architecture, capacity management, network implementation, automation, standards, process management, and change control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of network development engineers to deliver scalable network architectures globally.
  • Drive operational excellence in everything we do, including creating processes, procedures, and automation to improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal customers to ensure their needs and issues are addressed.
  • Develop and improve incident and change management within the Networking space.
  • Take the lead in hiring quality personnel who fit the needs of the current organization and will allow the team to scale with platform and service growth.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree
  • CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) or CFR (CyberSec First Responder) or Cloud+ or GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional) or SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
