Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relief Store Manager to join our team at SecureSpace Self Storage. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our self-storage facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our existing and potential customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, promoting our services and products to customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of our self-storage facilities, ensuring that they are clean, secure, and well-maintained, and that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate our store team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer satisfaction, and facility performance, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or facility management, preferably in the self-storage industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and any other certifications required by law or company policy.
