About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Starbucks. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, driving financial growth, fostering exceptional teams, and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a Thriving Business: Utilize your business expertise to increase sales, improve efficiency, and drive problem-solving initiatives.

Requirements
  • 3 years of retail/customer service management experience or 4+ years of service in the US Military
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a background in sales-focused environments
  • Robust leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor team members
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED
