Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front End Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional member service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and thanking members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area, by restocking shelves, sweeping floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional member service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, sales, and operational procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
