Job Summary

Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our culinary team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate the performance of workers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production or sales reports for management, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
