ServiceMaster Supervisor

ServiceMaster Maintenance Systems by Nielsen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for training, overseeing, and motivating team members to ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers.

• Train and develop team members to meet ServiceMaster standards and expectations
• Oversee staff performance and ensure all assignments are completed on time and to a high standard
• Conduct regular inspections and provide constructive feedback to staff members
• Respond to customer complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
• Manage facilities operations, including opening and closing facilities, and enabling/disabling security systems as required

• 1-2 years of experience in a custodial or janitorial role, preferably in a professional janitorial company or office complex
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including late afternoons and evenings
• Ability to lift and carry 25lbs, and stand for long periods
