Customer Training Manager

At CAF Outdoor Cleaning, we're passionate about empowering our customers to achieve their cleaning goals. As our Customer Training Manager, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing our training strategy, ensuring our customers have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs across multiple channels, including e-learning, webinars, and in-person sessions
  • Manage our CAF Academy, our online training hub, and work with customer training leaders to integrate our programs into their platforms
  • Host webinars and outbound training calls to engage with customers and provide support
  • Develop new training curriculum and methods to drive customer success and expand training programs to new markets
  • Manage the outbound training call system and lead a team of training superheroes
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of related experience in training, education, or a related field
  • Ability to learn fast and juggle tasks like a pro, whether working solo or with a team
  • Stellar communication and relationship-building skills
  • Process-oriented mindset with a love for refining systems and solving problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Laser-sharp attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills
  • A strong work ethic and a drive to hit company goals
