We are currently seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Staff Financial Group. This role is essential for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of new construction projects within our corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to manage large-scale national and regional construction accounts.
- Communicate effectively with builder superintendents to gather project information and purchase orders.
- Process files for installation, ensuring timely ordering of materials for various projects.
- Input data and work orders into the ERP system for accurate tracking and management.
- Assist in filing claims related to manufacturing defects and support Accounts Receivable with payment applications, invoicing, and reconciliation of checks.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in extracting information from diverse sources to create comprehensive work orders.
- Demonstrated ability to identify efficient solutions to challenges and complete tasks effectively.
- Quick decision-making skills with the capability to direct on-site personnel as necessary.
- High standards of quality and self-assurance in work.
- Strong typing skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to discussing concerns with builders and homeowners.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities are crucial.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the company's scheduling, accounting, and inventory software.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience, along with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
