Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis intervention and harm reduction techniques, ensuring client safety and well-being
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources, enhancing access to care and support

Requirements:

  • CASAC or college degree in Social Work or Counseling required
  • At least 1 year of experience in counseling or a related field, with a focus on substance abuse or mental health issues
  • Strong assessment and care planning skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
