Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and executing business plans to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives, as well as customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure customer expectations are met through effective service delivery and quality control.
- Conduct regular meetings with subordinate employees to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
- Maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
The Retail General Manager will also be responsible for building, coaching, managing, and developing teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint.
Additional Responsibilities- Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
- Manage team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
- Track inventory levels and manage stock to ensure optimal levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Perform P&L analysis to ensure financial performance is meeting expectations.
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
- Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
