Travel Center Operations Manager

Pilot Company is a leading network of travel centers with a strong presence in the industry. We are seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing business plans to achieve sales and profit objectives
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and expectations are met
- Maintaining effective vendor relationships
- Building, coaching, and managing high-performing teams
- Driving sales and managing inventory
- Providing exceptional customer service
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail or service industry
- Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture
