Showroom Hours and Availability

Showroom hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Saturday. We are flexible with our work hours and will discuss them during the interview process.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a highly energetic and organized individual with 6 months of computer experience, specifically in Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word. Additionally, 6 months of customer service experience in retail or sales is required. The ideal candidate will be able to follow instructions, work independently, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for enthusiastically greeting all customers entering the showroom, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and managing customer sign-ins, central appointment books, and customer job folders. They will also work within Word, Outlook-email and calendar, and Teams. As the candidate develops, responsibilities will grow and evolve.

Qualifications
