New Grad RN Position

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our New Grad Program at Medina Hospital. As a New Grad RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and developing your clinical skills.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Participate in a comprehensive residency program, tailored to your individual learning needs, to develop your clinical judgment and skills.
- Work in a team environment, collaborating with experienced nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Document patient care and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
