SUMMARY
The Marketing Specialist at Emcor Inc. will play a pivotal role in orchestrating both corporate and client-focused communications while developing and sustaining marketing channels for the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Execute strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and acquiring leads.
2. Collaborate with various teams to support project development by drafting and submitting proposals.
3. Act as the primary liaison for company-wide and consumer-facing events, working closely with others to plan, coordinate, and manage these events, including vendor oversight and administrative tasks that require cross-team communication.

4. Leverage proprietary company information for lead sourcing and development, engaging with multiple teams to monitor progress on both returning and new business opportunities.
5. Organize meetings and presentations for internal and external communications, encompassing campaign planning, program summaries, and competitive assessments.

CONTENT CREATION
Research and craft relevant content for social media platforms, which includes interviewing sources, writing, editing, and posting to various channels.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
Perform necessary administrative tasks and undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe software.
