About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our enrollment management efforts for English language programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic growth, managing complex processes, and providing exceptional support to students and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals
  • Overseeing student support services, advising, and visa issuance processes
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including ELC leadership and SCS teams
  • Collaborating with external partners, such as embassies and third-party sponsors
  • Serving as a Designated School Official (DSO) certified by the Department of Homeland Security's Student Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP)

Requirements and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree and minimum 4 years of experience in student admissions, enrollment management, or related fields. They will also have thorough knowledge of federal nonimmigrant visa regulations and experience working with student information systems and CRM/admissions application systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
