About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Leader to spearhead our Operational Excellence initiatives in Global Development Operations (GDO).


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Operational Design Team (ODT) to serve as a center of excellence, supporting study teams with expertise in study design, global feasibility, country selection, site identification, patient engagement, and enrollment/retention.
  • Drive strategy and execution for data science efforts to improve clinical trial enrollment predictability and speed of execution.
  • Build, develop, and manage a high-performing team of all roles within the ODT and respond effectively to changing priorities.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of and experience in operationalizing clinical development programs in a global setting.
  • Strong strategic leadership attributes, ability to consult with key stakeholders at all levels of management.
  • Ability to inspire, educate, and lead cross-functional colleagues in embracing organizational change.
