About the Role
Hushabye Nursery is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide quality nursing care to newborns and their families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and non-judgmental care in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have experience caring for babies with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome and a passion for supporting families impacted by Substance Use Disorder and Opiate Use Disorder. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care that promote optimal health outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing high-quality nursing care that meets the needs of persons served
  • Integrating nursing interventions into the plan of care
  • Evaluating patient responses to care and consulting with team members regarding clinical variances
  • Performing routine procedures while maintaining accurate health records

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current State of Arizona RN license, a minimum of 2 years of NICU, Pediatric, Labor and Delivery or Postpartum experience, and Current BLS Certification or ability to become certified within 6 months of hire date. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, but an Associate's degree with 2 years of experience may also be considered. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
