Nurse Specialist for Neonatal Intensive Care

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Phoenix Children's Hospital.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements- Two years of nursing experience with a minimum of one year in NICU settings, preferably in Level III or IV NICUs
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing also acceptable
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
