About the Job Title: Postpartum Nursing Specialist
This role provides specialized care to postpartum mothers and newborns, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being during the initial days following delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to think critically, and possess a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess and monitor the health status of postpartum mothers and newborns.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Provide education and support on breastfeeding, infant care, and postpartum recovery.
  • Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required.
  • Offer emotional support and counseling to new mothers and their families.

Required Qualifications:
  • Valid nursing license and certification as a Registered Nurse.
  • American Heart Association BLS.
  • NRP- if new to service line within 90 days of hire.

Salary Range: $35.00 - $58.63 per hour.
