Job Title: Facility Maintenance Associate - Part time
Shift: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Pay Range: $17.00 Hourly
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of carpets and hard surface floors through vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
- Dust and sanitize furniture, pictures, ventilation systems, lighting fixtures, and blinds.
- Dispose of waste and ensure windows, restrooms, and other designated areas are clean.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks and inspections as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines diligently.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in operating standard cleaning equipment, including vacuums and floor polishers.
- Willingness to undertake additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Adherence to the policy of no cell phone usage within the facility.
