About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Manager to join our team at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company). As a key member of our Global Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic direction for our Foley Alternative portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the general management for the Foley Alternative portfolio, focusing on global commercial strategy, financial performance, demand and supply planning, budget management, and product line issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement bold commercial strategies to achieve business unit objectives worldwide, including analyzing market and customer information, identifying new product innovations, and launching new products and line extensions.
  • Design and lead strategic marketing campaigns to drive commercial growth by developing differentiated value propositions that address customers' unmet needs through evidence generation and dissemination.
  • Investigate new solution opportunities and create cases that clearly quantify the commercial potential.

Requirements
  • BS/BA in business, science, or engineering. MBA is strongly desired.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant marketing and/or commercial experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or other healthcare field with a consistent track-record of high performance and results.
  • Experience managing and leading teams and working cross-functionally and globally is preferred.
