Responsibilities Include:
- Handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Managing work orders and returning customer inquiries
- Addressing customer complaints effectively
- Assisting with various tasks as needed, including cross-training in related roles
- Coordinating the ordering and receipt of parts
- Scheduling appointments and dispatching service technicians
- Performing clerical duties to support business operations
- At least two years of experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry capabilities
- Positive demeanor and a team-oriented mindset
- Reliable and punctual
