About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Developmental Specialist to join our team at LEAD Staffing. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by driving leadership development and enhancing individual, team, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Development: Conduct thorough research to identify skill gaps and develop new learning programs to bridge these gaps.
  • Program Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and assess the success of learning initiatives, refining or restructuring programs as needed.
  • Collaboration and Facilitation: Collaborate with departmental leadership and subject matter experts to facilitate various types of training.
  • Instructional Design: Design and develop instructional plans for e-Learning leadership programs.
  • Learning Activity Development: Work with Instructional Designers to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
  • LMS Administration: Support the administration of leader training programs through our Learning Management System.
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate communications with Marketing and Business Development leaders.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Assist with coaching, mentoring, and succession planning activities.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to evaluate current skills against business objectives and develop programs to close gaps.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resource Management/Development, Leadership Development, I/O Psychology, Clinical, or Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in areas such as organizational development, employee engagement, leadership development, marketing and design, training program development, training delivery, curriculum design, or related field. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Skills: Proven success in managing multiple projects at once, excellent organization, project management, and time management skills. Strong learning orientation, growth mindset, and ability to adapt to changes in the environment. Excellent critical thinking and data analysis skills, including establishing and tracking key metrics to determine overall effectiveness. Excellent presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
