Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized sales and marketing professional to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's product, creating competitive advantages in the market industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing sales and marketing teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.
  • Communicate job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.
  • Show initiative by going above and beyond for clients, helping coworkers, and improving the company culture.
  • Analyzing budgets and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new market opportunities.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and understanding client needs.
  • Creating labor, cost, and material estimates for any service or project.
  • Updating estimate pricing.

Requirements

  • Understanding basic hardscape and softscape materials and processes to install these items.
  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing and/or sales.
  • Experience in management (preferred).
  • Must speak, read, and write English proficiently.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong closing skills.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
