About the Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, staying updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
  • Utilize appropriate therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, or home health is preferred.
  • Familiarity with outpatient clinic settings and care plan development is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
