Residential Support Manager

Thrive Homes, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our residential services team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and promoting their independence and self-advocacy.
Responsibilities- Monitor and document daily shift notes and use of electronic documentation systems
- Act as liaison for professional services, including medical care, transportation, and community activities
- Foster open and supportive communication with individuals supported, staff, families, and guardians
- Implement and follow-up on support services recommendations
- Supervise staff performance management, including evaluations and developmental plans
- Arrange and schedule staff training and development
- Knowledge and experience of State of Tennessee DDA formerly DIDD rules and regulations
- A minimum of 3 years experience working as a home manager or lead, or in similar residential programs
- Associates degree in a psychology, human services, education, or related field, and 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
