Purpose of Role:

The Store Admin Assistant is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control and management, ensuring seamless operations from receipt to distribution.

This includes maintaining optimal inventory levels to support production needs while minimizing excess and stockouts. Proficiency in utilizing inventory management systems, particularly Oracle, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing inventory of equipment parts and supplies
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and transactions
  • Assisting internal departments with locating and retrieving equipment and parts as needed
  • Conducting periodic inventory audits to reconcile physical inventory with records
  • Using Oracle and MS Office systems to track stock levels and transactions accurately

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an inventory control environment
  • MS Office suite is required
  • Experience in Oracle ERP is a plus
  • Experience driving a Forklift is a preferable
