Job Summary
As an Inventory Services Representative at MaineHealth, you will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory location accuracy, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring seamless system maintenance. This position requires close collaboration with the Inventory Service Coordinator to drive key supply chain initiatives and promote a culture of safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate inventory location data and optimize stock levels to meet business needs
• Collaborate with the Inventory Service Coordinator to implement supply chain initiatives and improve operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management and supply chain operations

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
• Previous experience in supply chain operations, including floor stocking, buyer, and warehouse distribution
• Strong working knowledge of computer-based material management systems and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
