Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
- Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements, and maintain facilities to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Work independently on daily tasks and cooperate with team members to achieve common goals.
- May be required to run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations.
- 1+ year of customer-facing employment experience.
- Strong computer skills and a current, valid driver's license with access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC).
