You will be responsible for executing assigned store operations, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and creating a positive atmosphere that engages and develops your team members and customers.
The ideal candidate will have a competitive spirit, be a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, and be able to adapt to change while taking on additional responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business
- Developing and demonstrating product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales
- Engaging with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools
- Being a role model for team members in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Supporting the management team to ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently
- Being accountable for assigned tasks and results
- Learning about all aspects of the business and sharing ideas to drive growth
- Creating a great work environment by maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Performing POS transactions on designated shifts and executing supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager
Requirements include:
- Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends)
- May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed)
