Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog Design Engineer to join our Irvine, CA design center. As a key member of our team, you will design and develop highly integrated, high-volume ICs for the fast-paced and competitive wireless handset market. Your expertise in RF area circuit design, cellular standards, and semiconductor physics will be invaluable in driving our innovation forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop circuit architectures, planning, and simulation of highly integrated ICs
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to support the development of high-growth, fast-paced, and competitive wireless handset market
  • Develop and implement on-chip ESD protection strategies for HBM/MM/CDM on IC
  • Work with CAD engineers to provide guidance on analog layouts and optimize performance and die size trade-offs
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of silicon fabrication and its impact on device physics, device model, and circuit performance
Requirements
  • BSEE and 5 years' work experience/MSEE and 3 years or PhD. MSEE preferred
  • Demonstrated Analog IC design experience using SOI CMOS
  • Proficient with Cadence tools and solid understanding of general analog circuits such as bias, bandgap, LDO, opamp, charge pump, etc.
  • Strong understanding of MIPI standard
  • Good communication and presentation skills
