  • Oversee the authorization process for vehicle repairs, ensuring approvals are obtained and negotiating with vendors to secure appropriate procedures, pricing, and downtime.
  • Guarantee that repairs align with customer satisfaction, quality benchmarks, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Follow up on vehicles that are out of service and manage pending transactions, ensuring that safety-related and scheduled repairs are executed promptly.
  • Address any discrepancies in transactions with vendors and adhere to established parts and labor reference guidelines.
  • Facilitate "goodwill adjustments" for eligible dealership repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role.
  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (basic Excel) is necessary; familiarity with Cisco Webex is highly desirable.

Work Environment:

This position initially requires in-office training, after which it transitions to a remote work setup. The working hours are Monday through Friday, with options for either an 8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm schedule, including a 30-minute lunch break. The dress code is business casual.
