Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Production Manager with daily payroll and scheduling, printing work orders, and managing inventory.
  • Communicate with builders' superintendents and suppliers to schedule deliveries and coordinate logistics.
  • Provide general office support, including answering phones and assisting other office personnel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Payroll experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Construction experience is a plus, but not required.
