This role reports directly to the Academic Manager and is classified as a salaried, exempt position. The instructor will engage students in a traditional classroom environment, delivering lessons in the specified subject areas. Qualifications:

  • Must be certified to teach in the state where the center is located (waivers may be available if certified teachers cannot be hired, but candidates must pursue certification).
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is preferred.

Additional Qualifications: Proficiency in the required subject area. Strong organizational skills. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid Certification. Capacity to motivate and inspire students while effectively relating to the trainee population. Excellent oral and written communication skills. The position requires the ability to operate household appliances and drive a vehicle. Additionally, the individual must be able to collaborate with team members and maintain effective working relationships with all facility staff and departments.
