Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. As a key member of our rehabilitation therapy department, you will play a vital role in providing speech-language pathology services to children from neonate to adolescent.

Responsibilities: Your primary focus will be on evaluating and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must have a Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited university and hold current certifications as a CCC-SLP and ASHA certification. Additionally, you should possess at least 2 years of pediatric hospital or outpatient experience, with a valid AZ Department of Health Services license prior to start date.

Compensation and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Work Environment: This is a full-time position with primarily Monday through Friday hours and flexible scheduling. Occasional weekend rotations may be required. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our young patients.
