Job Title: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Specialist

This is a specialist role for an experienced speech-language pathologist who can provide high-level pediatric care to children from birth through adolescence and young adulthood.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric-based behavior management strategies and age-appropriate interventions, with the ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are measurable, time-bound, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Evaluation and treatment of patients with various diagnoses, including speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, feeding, and swallowing disorders.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, maximize outcomes, and contribute to discharge planning, care conferences, and patient education initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess AASPA certification or equivalent and demonstrate a strong knowledge of pediatric speech-language pathology principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care transitions.

In addition to a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on experience), we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that prioritizes the well-being and growth of our staff members.
