Compliance Engineer

As a Compliance Engineer on our TACAIR Product Line, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This includes supporting the production build process, First Article Inspection, and Quality support of non-recurring engineering efforts, including hardware redesign efforts due to Diminishing Manufacturing Supply. You will also interface with customers and the Defense Contracts Management Agency (DCMA) for audits, program inquiries, and product acceptance. To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or technical discipline, proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, and the ability to learn BAE Systems software and data management programs. In addition, you will need to be able to work in a multi-disciplined team and produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The salary range for this position is $75,570 - $128,480 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
