Job Description:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain quality systems, procedures, and inspection plans to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform statistical evaluations to assess quality assurance and cost-of-quality metrics, and identify trends for improvement.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
  • Conduct in-house and supplier audits to ensure compliance with specified requirements and improve supplier performance.
  • Investigate and address product failures through root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Work closely with customers and suppliers to address quality issues and implement performance improvement programs.
  • Provide quality-related input to product development teams to ensure standards are met from design to production.
  • Develop and deliver training materials on quality assurance processes to educate team members.
  • Represent the company during internal and external audits, acting as a key contact and managing corrective action plans as needed.
  • Ensure all project and process control documentation complies with relevant standards, including ISO9001 and AS9100.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, 2-4+ years of manufacturing experience, and excellent communication skills.
