Electronics Systems Engineering Manager

BAE Systems is a world leader in the development of advanced electronics for defense and national security applications. We are seeking an experienced Electronics Systems Engineering Manager to lead our team in Nashua, NH.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronic systems engineering, leadership, and project management. They will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of complex electronic systems for our Integrated Test Engineering Department.
This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RF testing principles and experience with test automation tools such as NI LabWindows CVI and TestStand.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of complex electronic systems.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electronic systems engineering, leadership, and project management.
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of RF testing principles and experience with test automation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
