We are seeking a talented Product Compliance Engineer to join our team at BAE Systems. As a member of our Electronic Systems division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control, with experience in inspecting and testing electronic assemblies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality evaluation and control systems, as well as devising and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating precision and accuracy of products and production equipment. Additionally, you will ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

We offer a competitive salary range of $61,820 - $105,050 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, disability coverage, and life and accident insurance.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline.
  • 0-4 years of experience in quality assurance and control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to learn BAE Systems software and data management programs.
