The University of California invites applications for the position of Homeless Care Specialist. As a Community Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in providing both clinical and psychosocial care to individuals experiencing homelessness in community settings.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing care to individuals experiencing homelessness at various locations including encampments, interim housing/shelter sites, community health and resource fairs, and on the streets.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Documenting patient data through interviews, reviews of medical records, and analysis of diagnostic test results.

**Requirements:** Current California RN license, Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing, BLS certification, and a valid California Driver's License - Class C. **Salary Range:** $59.46/hour - $88.39/hour.
