About the Role

The Homeless Healthcare Provider role at UCLA Health offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness. As a Community Care Registered Nurse, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides comprehensive care to our patients.

Responsibilities

* Drive the Community Care Van to various service locations, sharing responsibility with colleagues.
* Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and social workers.
* Conduct patient assessments and document data through interviews, reviews of medical records, and analysis of diagnostic test results.

Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience working with underserved populations, preferably those experiencing homelessness.
* Current, valid California RN license.
* Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing (BSN or MSN).
* BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

What We Offer

* Competitive compensation package including $59.46-$88.39 per hour.
