Job Title: Enterprise Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team at Ace Hardware Corporation. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for evaluating our current hybrid cloud architectural state, proposing necessary modifications, and identifying and roadmapping desired future state.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate emerging cloud technologies to position Ace for future growth
- Collaborate with and influence IT leadership and staff on technical direction for the department
- Institution of architectural review processes and procedures to ensure standardization and quality within IT solutions
- Ongoing management of hybrid cloud system and application architecture roadmap
- Responsible for strategic development of Hybrid Cloud Ecosystem Architecture

Requirements:

- 10+ years of architecture, design and implementation experience with large-scale, highly available, complex systems
- Experience in influencing the definition, selection, and implementation of tools, technologies, and processes for large-scale projects
- Experience with hybrid cloud computing architecture (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) for IaaS, PaaS and PaaS models
- Demonstrated ability to design security infrastructure, applications, networks, systems and equipment that impact multiple environments across all of IT
- Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
