We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN Nurse Clinician to join our team at Providence Service. As a Hospice RN, you will provide holistic care to terminally ill patients and their families, assessing their needs and developing personalized plans of care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive plans of care
- Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Anticipate and prevent crises, promoting patient and family choice
- Work with patients and families to enhance their quality of life
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- 1 year of nursing experience, with some pediatric experience preferred
