We are seeking a skilled RN to join our Hospice team as a Per Diem/On Call Nurse Clinician. This role will require working a minimum of four (4) 8 hour shifts a month, primarily on weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic care to terminally ill patients and their families by assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to anticipate changes in patient condition, prevent crises, and promote patient and family choice.
- Ensure continuity of care and enhance the quality of life for dying patients.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 1 year of nursing experience, with some pediatric nursing experience required for Pediatric Programs.
- Prior experience in hospice, home care, long-term care, medical/surgical, and/or oncology settings is preferred.
