Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining store displays.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
